Haven owners are deeply committed to maintaining high standards and providing the best quality childcare and overall customer experience for all.
- Candidates must be able to provide required capital.
- Minimum of $200,000 liquid assets but will vary depending on site, location, and other factors.
- Backgrounds in other areas of business, sales, healthcare, finance, tech, education, and others all provide building blocks for a strong owner.
- Must be dedicated to upholding Haven's leadership requirements and standards at all times.
A strong franchise owner will be extremely organized, have strong people management skills, and an endless curiosity for the franchising journey. We are looking for experienced leaders who are dedicated to creating and nurturing a tight-knit team of childcare professionals while operating a fine-tuned overall business.

We know that opening a Haven, whether upgrading an existing facility or buying land and building from scratch, is a major investment, starting at $747,939*. That’s why we’ve put together a program to guide you every step of the way, clearing a path to help you to succeed, all while helping to improve the day-to-day life of every person who steps foot inside your Haven.
Our “Steps to Ownership” process is a mutual evaluation. We will educate you about the model and review the FDD after you’ve learned a little more about what goes into Haven ownership. You will be exploring if this opportunity is a good fit for you, and we want to make sure you are a good fit for Haven Ownership.
