We are excited to provide thorough training and onboarding support to our new franchise owners! First, we will provide you with an online training course to be completed before we welcome you to train with us at our corporate center. We will always be available via phone and email when you need us, and you will have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual. Further, we will follow the initial training process with up to fifteen days (as needed) of ongoing training at your new location to answer your questions and make sure business is off to a smooth start. From the moment you are selected to own a shared workspace franchise with Haven, you can rely on our support.

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $749,500 to $1,607,550*. This excludes a $115,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement and any additional one time fees associated with assistance in starting up your location. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the business's growth.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

We collect a 7% royalty fee, and a number of other fees which are all disclosed in our Franchise Disclosure Document. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Franchise owners will also contribute a percentage of gross revenues into the brand marketing fund. The collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote Haven brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns. 

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years each. More information can be found in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
